Roast your cravings with our Roasted Cauliflower Pizza!

As humans we are all drawn to the aroma and the cravings that the thought of pizza often brings to us! Naturally, who wouldn't want to get lost in the cheesy toppings, the crunchy crust and the sprinkle of veg pizza toppings that is bringing our mouths to watering as we read this!

Well, we can let you have all of that, with a guilt free mind! Because health is where we are! And that is why we thought of a twist and a fusion to our standard veggie pizzas by adding the oomph of a little roasted cauliflower and making it our favourite Indian style pizza! And does pizza get any healthier than that? Well maybe our Palak Paneer pizza, but that’s a conversation for another day.

We’ll wait but I bet you, we’ll be waiting quite long

Cauliflower crust has less carbs, sugars, protein, fibre, and salt per cup, with the main differences being calorie intake, carbohydrates, and nutrients. If you're looking to lose weight and consume less caloric and carbohydrates, the whole-wheat crust might be a safer option.

Is it true that the cauliflower overpowers the flavour?

Don't worry, not everyone loves the flavour, but that's okay because you can just taste it on the tips. It is a nice savoury dish which leaves a nice sensation on your buds without being completely overpowering.

There's always a little touch of cauliflower tartness in our fresh pizzas, but it's so faint that most of us decided we might not have noticed it if we wouldn't have already known it was there. It's lighter and softer, and it tastes better than any pizza you've ever had with this veggie on top!

And how do we go about doing so?

So there you have it! By allowing you to taste the other flavour bombs that blast into your mouth and leave you speechless!
The best of the very best! We matched it with the mouthwatering, perfectly wonderful dishes from our favourite dishes back home! Korma and Makhani gravies, oh my!

Korma gravy transcends classification, but this Mughlai dish usually consists of grilled meat and vegetables in a comparatively mild creamy yoghurt sauce flavoured with exotic spices.

What is the flavour?

It often has a nutty connotation due to the addition of ground nuts, cashew nuts, almond, or poppy seeds.
When this beautiful sauce is cooking, more herbs are blended with hot ghee and then coupled with the braised sauce; the pan is then sealed and shook to unleash steam and blend the ingredients.

Korma has its origins in the Indian subcontinent's Mughlai cuisine.
Because of its perfectly wonderful aftertaste, this flavour has been around for decades!
It is a traditional Mughal dish that dates back centuries and the Mughal conquests into the city. Kormas often were cooked in Mughal palace kitchens, such as the famed white korma, probably seasoned with vark, said to have been served to Shah Jahan and his attendees at the inaugural banquet.

Coming to the taste of the Makhani!

Did you actually know where we got the word from?

Makhani is a Punjabi term that means "butter" and can correspond to a variety of Punjabi cuisines: Dal makhani is a dish made from beans and staples. Murgh makhani is another name for chicken curry or chicken makhani.

Makhani Sauce, also known as Onion Tomato Masala, is a traditional curry base used in Indian cuisine. This delectable curry sauce contains tomatoes, onions, herb and garlic paste, and voluptuous spices such as garam masala, cloves, and coriander.

The sauce is made primarily of tomatoes, fresh milk, cashew nuts, onions, and a variety of Chili peppers. Makhani sauce is a thick, smooth, and creamy tomato-based sauce that serves as a framework for many sabzis.

Makhani sauce describes Indian cuisine in the same way as marinara sauce defines Italian food. Makhani sauce is a colourful, herbal tomato sauce that can be used to cook a variety of Indian dishes. Our chefs begin by incorporating a few fresh spices, followed by chopped tomatoes, a generous amount of water, and maybe a few powdered spices. After about 20 minutes of simmering, you'll get the most delicious Indian Makhani Sauce you've ever eaten!

And of course how do we forget our star ingredient? Our roasted cauliflower

Our expert chefs told us that roasting cauliflower is a great way to cook it. One of the strongest ways of eating this vegetable is flavored with a delicious mix of herbs!

Cauliflower has a somewhat nutty and slightly sweet flavour. It has a tangy feel and a slight flavour that goes well with a variety of other dishes. It has a moderate and neutral taste, which we think you will truly relish!

Do you know that cauliflower may benefit you in many ways indeed?

It contains antioxidants. Cauliflower is a heart-healthy vegetable due to a plant compound known as sulforaphane. It is also high in choline, high in sulforaphane, and may help with hormonal equilibrium as well as the immune system.

The toppings also include fried onions.

The onions are strewn around your pizza. The flavour is gentle and sweet, and it includes slowly smoking them over low heat until softened and flavoursome.

Then we toss them onto our tasty pizzas for an enticing crunch and onion flavouring that the entire family would enjoy.

And well to top it all, or end it all, or coat the cake or the pie with the cherries or the ...balsamic! Well we thought it would be the perfect combo!

Classic balsamic vinegar is a thick, intense flavor that bursts in the mouth with notes of fig, raw sugar, raspberry, cocoa, or prune. It may scoop up the flavours of the wood it developed in and can have a faint smokiness. It has a mild depth of flavor rather than a sharp alkalinity. It has a smooth, viscous, dark brown texture that catches light beautifully. It has a luscious feel on the tongue and runs like honey.

Balsamic vinegar, like most of the other vinegars, has a very strong taste. It's crisp with an inherent flavour that emerges as the balsamic vinegar is cooked down somewhat. This vinegar has a fruity, whisky flavour as well, but it's very slight. Balsamic vinegar, on the whole, is deliciously citrusy.

Did you know?

The further the balsamic vinegar is matured, the more lustrous it becomes.
Very good balsamic vinegar is often drunk as a palate cleanser, aperitif, or digestif in Italy, particularly on important festivities. The term "balsamic vinegar" refers to the vinegar's initial use as a tonic, or "lotion."
