Well, at RAPiZZA, we celebrate it everyday with our fiery chicken wings taking the lead!

Did you know where fried chicken wings came from ?

Deep-fried chicken wings has long been a Southern cuisine specialty. However, the practice of frying wing tips in spicy chilli was established in 1964 at the Anchor Bar in Buffalo, New York, when co-owner Teressa Bellissimo fried remaining wings in hot sauce for her kid and his buddies as a late-night treat.

Well little did Miss Teressa Bellissimo know that the casual snack she made to get her kids off her back would become the crowd pleaser all over the world!

Did you also know that every Labor Day weekend since 2002, wing fans from all 50 states in the USA have gathered in downtown Buffalo to pay tribute to and consume copious amounts of their favourite meal during the National Buffalo Wing Festival.

What makes these wings so very mmmm?

We cannot fight the fact that chicken wings are like delicious pieces of absolutely mouth watering crisp blessings!

BBQ

It has a slight acidic taste and richness, as well as a smoky flavour that we genuinely love. Prepared from kitchen basics. Tomato sauce, ketchup, sugar, red wine vinegar, and spices are among the essential components. The apple cider vinegar adds a delightful, sweet aftertaste to the sauce that wonderfully balances the taste so well! A quarter cup of sugar not only sweetens the sauce but also intensifies the taste by giving a hint of caramel.

Honey Garlic

It's sugary, salted, garlicky, with a hint of warmth and is just fantastic.

A basic garlic sauce is made with garlic plus another element that acts as an emulsifier to hold the garlic, such as oil, butter, or mayonnaise. The sauce may be made with a variety of extra components.

Franks Red Hot Sauce

It has a Cayenne Pepper and Vinegar flavour and aroma and offers a nice blend of spiciness and texture. It is strong, but not overpoweringly so. Frank's RedHot has a mild buttery flavour that complements Crispy chicken meals well.

Mild Sauce

It is a little bit sweet and... not spicy, but with a little tartness. The consistency meets somewhere halfway between sweet ketchup and spicy sauce.
